EXPERIENCE


Proficient Open-to-Close Full Desk Life-Cycle Recruiting within the corporate environment for technical and functional, exempt and non-exempt, diversified, individual contributors, interns, contract and conversion placements requiring highly specialized skills. Point of contact for all Recruiting related activities.

Maintain direct communications with all levels of management, departments, teams and remote branch offices.

Analyze, write job descriptions and enter into ATS then route for approval. Open and post approved requisitions onto intranet site, various national job boards, niche sites and out to networking groups.

Source and indentify qualified candidates through traditional and innovative Recruiting methods, pre-screen, conduct debriefs, discuss company profile, benefits and job requirements. Arrange phone and face-to-face interviews to assure solid placements. Explain and initiate applicable skills testing to candidate.

Follow-up with interviewing members and request required feedback to provide candidate on course of action.

Extend verbal offer after all compensation approvals have been received. Establish tentative contingent start date, prepare written offer letter along with new hire packet and send to candidate by means of email, fax and express delivery.

Obtain and carry out the on-boarding process to assure candidate’s first day on the job is smooth with required setup.

Sustain database of all candidate information to include curriculum vitae, candidate conversations and other appropriate documentation.

Conduct New Hire Orientation.

Develop effective staff augmentation strategies/campaigns for Recruitment of associates. This includes outreach programs, job fairs, open houses, college job fairs, networking, niche associations, committees, etc…

Maintain college Recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.

Market the company as an employer of first choice. Company branding to attract and retain top qualified personnel.

Partner with leadership and upper management teams on Recruiting process, status, and statistical reporting.

Build and maintain outside vendor relations and execute new service agreements.

HR competencies in Benefits, Payroll, Training & Development, Relocation, Safety/OSHA, Exit Interviews, EEOC, LOA and FMLA, Insurance liaison, HRIS employee administration, COBRA/HIPAA regulations and associated correspondence, employee relations.
